Governor Issues Guidelines for Illinois Reopening on June 11th

On June 4, 2021, with now more than half of Illinois residents fully vaccinated and a declining number of new positive COVID-19 cases, Governor Pritzker released guidelines for Phase 5 of the Restore Illinois Plan. Phase 5 will go into effect on Friday, June 11, 2021.

In accordance with CDC guidelines, the State is also lifting the outdoor mask requirement in schools.
