February 1st Deadline for State & Local Governments to Post 2021 Injury and Illness Information


The Illinois Department of Labor News Release of January 20, 2021 is a reminder to state and local government employers that the 2021 data relating to work-related injuries and illnesses must be posted by February 1st.

The news release also reminds establishments meeting certain criteria that they must also electronically report their OSHA 'Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses' data by March 2nd and provides the steps to follow to find out if your state or local government establishment must electronically report such 2021 data.
