During the UCCI August Membership Meeting, UCCI legal counsel discussed the need for County approval of the Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (DCEO) Local CURE Program Financial Support Conditions and Certification. 

You will find below a model ordinance prepared by UCCI legal counsel for use by Counties in approving their Local CURE Program Certification.

Please note, an ordinance is not expressly required for approval of the Local CURE Program Certification.  However, many units of local government prefer to utilize an ordinance to memorialize formal approval of official documents like these.
